Web based time recording
Simple, efficient, web based, timesheet recording, management and analysis.
DbNetTime includes an optional expense management module which can be enabled if required.
Recording
If expenses are enabled then the ability to record expenses for a week will appear as a part of the Weekly Timesheet application. Expenses like time are associated with a Project/Job and allow the user to record the type of expense, if the expense is billable, free text notes and even a photo of a receipt. Also as with other DbNetTime entities additonal properties for recording can be added by using Custom Columns
Approval
Expenses are integrated into the approvals process so that an approver can view details of a users expenses before approving or rejecting a timesheet.Reporting
Expenses can be analysed at both a detail and summary level for management information and billing purposes.
