DbNetTime includes an optional expense management module which can be enabled if required.
If expenses are enabled then the ability to record expenses for a week will appear as a part of the Weekly Timesheet application. Expenses like time are associated with a Project/Job and allow the user to record the type of expense, if the expense is billable, free text notes and even a photo of a receipt. Also as with other DbNetTime entities additonal properties for recording can be added by using Custom Columns
Expenses can be analysed at both a detail and summary level for management information and billing purposes.
